Terms of service

Last updated 30 September 2026. This is a plain-language draft that will be replaced by reviewed terms before general availability.

1. The service

YMS EZ is a hosted yard management system. A company signs up, invites its people, and uses the service to track trailers, moves, gate activity, inspections and repairs.

2. Your company and your people

The person who creates a company is its owner. The owner is responsible for who is invited, what they can do, and for the accuracy of the company data. You must be authorised to bind your company to these terms.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly per company, plus per additional seat, in US dollars. A free trial runs first. If a payment fails we retry it for a short period. If it cannot be collected, access is limited to the billing page until the account is paid. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.

4. Your data

Your company data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it. Photos and other files are stored in the storage bucket you configure. If you connect an AI provider, the text you send it goes to that provider under your agreement with them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company data, probe or disrupt the platform, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that puts other customers at risk.

6. Safety and compliance

Dwell limits, hazmat policies and seal rules are configured by your company. They are aids to your own procedures and are not legal advice. You remain responsible for complying with the regulations that apply to your operation.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

8. Changes and contact
