Getting started

From sign-up to a working yard in about an afternoon.

1. Create your company

Choose Start free trial and enter an email address or phone number. We send a six digit code. There is no password to remember. Then give your company a name and you are in as its owner.

2. Build your site

Open Setup and use the wizard to add a location, its buildings and doors, and its yards and spots. A row of spots can be created in one step. You can also describe the site to the assistant once you have connected an AI provider.

3. Invite your crew

Under Company, invite people by email or phone. Each person gets a permission template such as Yard Guy, Dock Worker or Gate Guard, and can be limited to specific locations. Owners and admins manage members, and only the owner manages billing.

4. Run the yard

  • Board: tap a tile or chip to see a trailer. Search dims everything that does not match. Put the board on a wall TV with the TV view.
  • Gate: check trailers in and out. Pick the carrier first, then type the number. The rules suggest a spot.
  • Moves: dispatch a move request and the yard jockey works the queue with Next Move.
  • Inspections and repairs: a failed item marks the trailer out of service and opens a repair.

5. Optional: assistant and voice

Under Company, AI connect your own AI provider and, for voice, a speech provider. Then ask the board questions or tell it what to do. It always shows a confirm card before it changes anything.

6. Billing

Your free trial shows how many days are left. Under Company, Billing the owner adds a card and picks a plan and seat count. If a payment fails we retry it and show a banner. Past the retry window only the billing page is available until the account is paid. To leave, the owner can download an export and delete the company under Company, Data.
